Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

The short version: Ones to Win doesn't collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no cookies, no ads and no trackers. Your drafts and seasons run in your browser and disappear when you close the page.

Who runs this site

Ones to Win (onestowin.com) is a free browser game made by an independent developer based in Finland. For anything privacy-related, email hello@onestowin.com.

What we collect

Nothing directly. The game runs entirely in your browser:

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like any web host, Netlify's servers automatically handle basic technical information when you load a page: your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time. Netlify uses this to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. These logs are kept only for a short time, and we don't use them to identify you.

Our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): a website can't be delivered without it. Netlify is based in the United States. It's certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and uses the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers. For more, see Netlify's privacy policy.

If you email us

If you contact us, we'll use your email address and message only to reply to you. We delete them once the conversation is finished, unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to restrict or object to how it's processed, and to data portability. Because we don't hold personal data from playing the game, there's usually nothing to hand over. You can still ask at hello@onestowin.com.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Finland, that's the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and doesn't collect any personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If we change how the site works, for example by adding analytics, we'll update this page and the date at the top first.
